Mark Your Calendar: NM GOP Welcomes George P. Bush March 23rd

George P. Bush, nephew of former President George W. Bush, will be the keynote speaker at the RPNM’s annual Lincoln Day Dinner on March 23rd, according to an announcement by Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman John Billingsley.

The younger Bush is pushing for Republicans to compete for Latino voters, is scheduled to address Republican Party activists in New Mexico. He is the son of former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and wife, Columba, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Mexico.

Bush recently announced that he planned to run for statewide office in Texas in 2014.
