As summer cools down, the Village of Hatch heats up. Labor Day weekend heralds the annual Hatch Chile Festival, a two-day celebration of our world-famous crop. The festival attracts over 30,000 visitors from all over the United States, including such notables as the Food Network and the BBC. Festival goers can sample famed chile recipes, watch the crowning of the chile festival queen, or toss a horseshoe in celebration of our most famous crop. The event also features chile ristra contests, artisan and food booths, and a carnival. Visit our events page.

It’s about time you got off the fence…

Yep, we did it.
We decided to go for the gusto and
drop $15,000
off an already low price on a (seriously) prime piece of land.
If you were sitting on the split-rail fence, this your cue to jump off.
Remember Lot 6 at Ponderosa Ranches?
Back in March it was marked at $124,900.
Now it’s down to $109,900.
Why?
Because we read the papers. We know there are plenty of people like you out there looking to simplify. You’re ready to clear out of the rat race and begin living the life you were always meant to live.
We’ve got what you want in New Mexico.
Lot 6 is 143.58 acres of meadows and wooded areas, with electric installed, all located at the end of a cul-de-sac for maximum privacy.
That’s plenty of room for you, your family, your horses, your ATVs, and your peace of mind…
Talk about leaving the Joneses in the dust.
