This year, the event is introducing the &#8220;Let&#8217;s Do Lunch&#8221; program, offering two- or three-course prix-fixe lunches in addition to dinners.<\/p>\n<p>Santa Fe kicks off the culinary celebration, followed by Las Cruces (March 11-18), Albuquerque (March 18-25) and Taos (March 25-April 1).
